MANDATORY MOM’S MEETING September 1, 2026 (TUESDAY) - 7pm-8:30pm All moms are required to attend this informational meeting. If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances you are required to meet with Fun Friday leadership prior to start of the new Fun Friday year.

All moms are required to teach one hour and assist one hour each Friday we meet which allows us to staff each class with two moms each hour. Please list the age groups you would most like to help with and class topics you would be interested in teaching. (Pick Top 3) No guarantees on selections, but we will make every effort to match your selection with schedule.

Emergency Medical Release: I understand that in the event that I or my child(ren) need emergency medical attention and my emergency contact can not be contacted, I authorize Fun Friday staff to provide such service and/or to transport me or my children to a hospital or treatment facility.

Hold Harmless Clause and Indemnity Agreement: I hereby hold Fun Friday participants and the First Church of the Nazarene of Rock Hill, SC and its members, officers, directors, employees, agents and volunteers, harmless for any loss, accident, neglect, injury or damage to person, life or property which may be the result of or be caused by our participation in Fun Friday or use of the facility. I have read the requirements for Fun Friday Homeschool Enrichment Group and agree to follow them. I also agree to the emergency medical release, and hold harmless clause.

We at fun Friday leadership want to make sure that our teachers and families are committed to co-op days so that our co-op runs smoothly and efficiently for everyone. We ask that you review our dates before committing to join. If more than 4 days are missed, leadership will request a meeting with you to discuss your commitment. By checking this box, I agree to terms above and have made sure I can commit to Fun Friday’s co-op days listed on the 2026-2027 schedule.
